Last week Co-op Swinton Academy were thrilled to welcome into the academy Paul McGovern MBE, the HMP Manchester Community Team and several GMP Salford Police Officers for workshops with Year Groups 7, 8, 9 and 10 as part of their ‘Actions Have Consequences’ programme and ‘Save a life, drop the knife’ campaign.

Paul works with the community and has been to several of our schools in the past. If you are interested in having Paul into your school please email SaferSchools@salford.gov.uk
